Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Assume responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager.Help ensure theatre operates within company fiscal metrics and operational standards.Provide outstanding food and beverage preparation, costs, and safety and ensure alcohol is ordered, prepared and served in accordance with company standards and MLCC regulations.
